First Fursuit Foaming Idea?

Okay so here I am making my first post because even though I've had a lot of ideas for fursuits in the past (one pony, a digimon, and an old fursona), this is the first time I'll actually be able to go ahead and make it happen.
My problem is, since it's my first fursuit and all, I've got very little idea what I'm doing. I mean, I've seen a lot of tutorials and I've lurked around the site a lot, but I still need a bit of help.

What I want to know, first of all, is if this seems like a good idea as far as foaming.

If it helps, the character himself looks like this. I've revised it a bit since I made this ref. He no longer has those head horns, but everything else is pretty much the same. Also, to make explaining him a bit less complicated, he's a dragon hybrid. ^w^

Also, how would I make his ears? I don't want to make them too droopy because I'm afraid they'll rip or something. Is there any way I can accomplish the ears-out-to-the-side thing?

Sorry for all the questions, but how would I put a fan in the nose without making it sag too much while I'm dancing or something?

Last but not least, how do you make a pouch? Like a kangaroo pouch? I know he's a male, but I feel like a pouch could be cute on him.
