I've been seeing tutorials on making digitigrade legs with stuffing, but I can't seem to grasp the general pattern of the pillow inside of the legs. I know it'd be basically the same as the fur around the leg, but how exactly can I get my fursuit legs to look this round?
I know that if I just sew a triangle together or just ovals together it'd look super flat and wouldn't create that circle around the leg i'm aiming towards. How does one make the shape so circular in general and also around the legs? Is there a pattern I can look at? I've seen just a flat shapes as patterns before but i'm far too hesitant to try that due to the shape being so flat.
Would I be better off at making the pattern by taping news paper to my leg and shaping it slowly to make the pattern?
