Currently, I'm using a Top Paw Dog Slicker brush to do my yarn unraveling. This one --

which was actually recommended to me -twice- on two separate visits by groomers at the pet store when I asked which was the most durable, and hah, actually explained what I would be using it for. BTW. First one I left at a friend's, so actually purchased this as a replacement.
So far, it's worked out fairly well ... although I am noticing the pins are getting bit bent out of shape, and it does seem to take a while to unravel my yarn bundles. Nature of the business I'm sure ... BUT...I was wondering...can anyone here recommend a type/brand of brush that works really well? I don't mind paying a bit more, as long as it's a good investment. I want a brush that will last as long as possible, and do a good job with the yarn.
I've been considering a flicker...which I -think- is different, but it sounds like it might be the perfect tool for this type of job. Thoughts? ANY recommendations (especially from those who have made multiple yarn tails) would be SUPER awesome. I'm hoping to sell my latest tail I'm working on to invest in a better tool for the job, because while the Top Paw gets the job done, I think there's got to be a step up I can buy...and I think it will be worth it because I plan on brushing a lot of yarn in the future. ;)
