DF swatch delivery?

I recently set up an account on the Distinctive Fabrics site to get the five free swatches they offer. I ordered them on the 10th and received confirmation of the order, but I still haven't gotten confirmation that they were shipped out. :c

Is this timeframe typical for swatch orders?
