Queen Chrysalis Legs?

So I'm looking to make a faun cosplay of Queen Chrysalis from MLP (http://mlp.wikia.com/wiki/Queen_Chrysalis) but I'm not sure how to go about those legs...anyone able to help me, maybe? ^^;
