Ordering from Syfabrics(Brief warning)

I purchased some fleece through their site(Camel), and they sent me the wrong kind(Chocolate). I politely emailed them and asked if it would be feasable to exchange the fleece(I would pay shipping to return it of course) to exchange it for what I ordered. I got a very brief response of "We do not exchange or refund once the product has been shipped".

Sooo yeah, I'm never ordering from them again. DF did the same thing to me(wrong item shipped) but were very courteous and polite and we worked out an exchange. Just sharing what I just went through because pffffffff.
