I think the head is done for now. I need to work on the eyes a bit I think, the one on your left looks like it's looking away to the left for some reason. Otherwise, watch the vid and leave a comment or critique. Frankly, the mask looks better when it's being worn than when it poses on the styrofoam head. The head just makes it look strange and lumpy because it won't sit upright.
I think I nailed the tauntaun shape, nicely. Any other modifications will be minor details or smoothing out for furring, I think. I don't want to work on the head too much more. When I do that bad things happen and the mask ends up altered beyond going backwards. I have a bad habit of doing that to a lot of my artwork, so, I think I'll stop, now unless someone says something needs to be changed.
Otherwise, I'm happy with this result. Snowbunny the Tauntaun, almost done! All I have to do now, is save my monies and put it away nice and safe for the high-quality fur I want and a pet shaver!
