Hello! I wore these sandals to artprize with a fullsuit to test how much they would wear out before being confident with selling them.... Well....

The foam wore down on the top, and the mats wore down. The washers with removable screws also came out because the foam is too soft.
Can anyone please help? I need something stronger for both sides of them :-) i hope maybe something like a place i can buy large pieces but not 100 yards at a time of flat rubber that doesnt have any large indents, especially for the top of the sandals and gluing it to the bottoms. X.x please help if you can :-)
Also i need a fabric that really fuses to foam better than fleece. Ive tried fleece with hot glue and the fleece is peeling away from the foam. Would high temp hot glue work better, or another material?
