As a maker thats finally where I want to be with quality and craftsmanship (5-6 years) ive seen other makers keep good relationships with their clients and create an awesome impression.
Quality of the fursuit aside (lets say its very consistent and the clients are well satisfied with the product.) What else makes a good experience for a client? Communication, WIPs, or even sending a well put together fursuit manual that has all the info for the client about maintaining their costume.
I am revamping my logo with my new semi realistic style and really want to help boost my reputation positively. Ive seen some makers include keychains with their logos or colored paper in the box or even a paper of authenticity for their products. Does it work? Or does it come off as just a cool little trinket that is forgotten about?
To the point. I really want to do this for my future commissioners but is it going to be a waste of money and time to put together this packet that includes some sort of token with my new logo, professional and clean care guide and possible business card?
Im really interested for opinions or even experiences. :)
