Electronics question: switches in the fingers ??

Just wondering: Has anybody ever wired special effects to some sort of toggle-switches that they placed within the fingers of their fursuit ??

I was thinking on doing that and was just wondering what sort of switches folks have used? And also maybe any problems they encountered either in wiring that up or when actually using them while wearing their suit ?

I was planning on wiring mine up to an Arduino unit which has a Wav Shield incorporated into it, for the purpose of playing sound effects.
