Hey all! I've had this character for a while and I decided I wanted to make a fursuit out of them... But there's something a little strange about the design.

It's a deer with a helmet...! How do I possibly make the helmet? I was thinking just using foam on a balaclava and after constructing the face just construct the helmet and use vinyl as an outside covering.
Thoughts? :D
