Avoiding you eyes

Forgive me if I ramble/get lost in a tangent, I woke up at midnight after a long day yesterday, and another ahead of me today.

In anycase, this is a post I've been meaning to make for awhile, but with all the focus we have on following eyes, I wonder if there's a good way to reverse the effect without making the character cross or wall eyed.

Any thoughts?
