Don't Know Where To Ask

Hey guys,

I know this is off topic, majorly, and I'll delete it (if I can?) as soon as I get an answer -

Are there any communities/forums where I can ask advice on what I should do about delays/questions/bad business practices with a fursuit maker I've been dealing with, and whether or not I should initiate a PayPal chargeback at a certain point, etc.? (It's in regards to premade items, not a commission).

I'm not really well-known on FA, so a journal post there doesn't really garner any answers.

If anyone can direct me to anywhere I can ask for some advice, I would appreciate it!
