question on a DTD

I recently sent someone a DTD and I think I may have done one thing wrong and I was wondering how much of an impact it's going to have on the fit of the bodysuit. I read in several tutorials (so goodness knows how I made this mistake....well I was talking to my friend who was helping me and not paying attention) that your arms should be level with your shoulders. The chair I was resting my hands on was about level with my bust ... more or less ... I'd say 5-6 inches lower than they needed to be. So. Is my future bodysuit doomed? Can the maker add that 5-6 inches to a measurement? What would this effect? I really want full range of motion so I'm a bit paranoid my mistake is going to cost me. ><

She's told me it won't be a big deal, but just asking anyway....because I'm weird I guess.
