What type of hinge?

Hi! I have another question that I cannot find the answer to for some stupid reason. I did look. Maybe I'm searching for the wrong thing.
So here's the mask so far! Yay progress!



It looks a little messy right now...I have the jaw taped shut so I can get the hinges straight, and those lines going across were so I could line it up. It fits really nice and is so comfortable. Not sure how I'm going to do the eyes yet, but that's not important right now.
What I am terribly confused about is how to do the hinges. I want to do the type with just a straight piece of plastic that has a pivot point, if that makes sense. I really don't know what type of hardware I would need at all though.

Any advice would be awesome.
