Not too sure if this is the right place to post this, but I figured I'd fish around and see if this has happened to anyone else.
So I order three 1/2 yards of three different minkys from Fabric.com to make some plushies out of.
The order arrived today and they've messed the order up.
Instead of receiving the taupe minky like I'd ordered I got some quilting/curtain like fabric. I included a photo here:

I ordered charcoal minky as well and this may have been my screen's brightness' fault but oh well.
The one I received was A LOT lighter than it looked on the website, and it... sparkly?

The charcoal one I'll admit was my fault, I should have gotten a swatch first, but comparing the fabric I got in darkness compared to the image they have on their website, there is a BIG difference.
I've emailed them requesting and exchange for the correct fabric and to return the charcoal in exchange for a darker minky.
