I do have to hold down the edge right now. I'm trying to minimize the amount of glue I have right now to make things cleaner than my last disaster of a foam mask. It will be properly glued in place when everything is read for tape.
Right now I am also working on it one side at a time (clearly!)
Things I need to work on/fix:
Eyebrows. I feel like they will be too close together.
Eyeholes: Just going to make them bigger.
Beak: Uncut side I trimmed too much on when doing the foam. I have the piece to it still and need to glue it back on.
Eye structure: I need the most help in this area. I have never done a toony style suit so I need a lot of help on what I need to do to flesh out that area properly. Especially on a bird.
Beak: Fill in holes. (actually interested in maybe attempting to use a sturdy breathable material if anybody has ideas!
Trim stuffs
Add top to head.
Feel free to tear it apart and do what needs to be done! Even beak subs. The plan was to use worbla, but now it's using fleece for the beak. Anything is muchly appreciated!
