So I stopped working on my head for a while and I am starting to focus on making paper mache masks. Anyways I've been wanting to buy a bunch of bags of random fur scraps from sites such as Etsy. I want to use the scraps to put on my masks but then I had an idea. Would it be possible to make a fursuit head with a bunch of scraps? If I found some big enough pieces that is. Would this be cheaper in any case than just going and buying the fabric from Distinctive Fabrics and other sites. Personally I feel like it would, but not being a professional I really would like to know your opinions. I'm not going super cheap and cutting corners or anything but I do have the money to buy full yards of fabric but if I can accomplish the head with some or mostly scraps that wouldn't be so bad either.
