Sculpt WIP crit needed please!

I'd like some crit on my first sculpt please!




Alright so here's what I have so far! I like the profile, but I hate the front view. I'm going for toony dog, so that's why the eyes are like that. I know there are some symmetry issues, so don't tell me those. And I still gotta smooth everything perfectly but I need shape crit. In my opinion it's very creepy right now and I don't want creepy. I want cute and feminine. If I'm going for a big soft toony head, I know I'll need foam, so is this about as far as I can go with resin or is there more I can add/subtract to get the look I want?
I don't have refs because I suck at drawing stuff like this.
