Another long-time lurker joining LJ!
I bought my first pair of clippers wed. and shaved my first head last night...needless to say, my shave job is pretty rough... If any of you experienced makers out there have some tips on getting a smooth, even shave, I'd be quite grateful! My clippers are a cheapie pair from target, Wahl brand. I used the two shorter guards and the straight blade last.

I also whacked the heels off a pair of stillettos (clearance ftw!) and was planning on making digitigrade paws with them, basically just raising them up a bit and furring them. They're a pain to wear though and I want to improve that...perhaps adding elastic on the legs ala gryphern's werewolf stilts? If anyone wants to try redlining 'em they're welcome to it.
