balaclava and foam question.

I didn't think about this until just now, luckily before I furred it!!! How do you get a nice rounded back on a head? (redlines made by ekbellatrix) If you want other pictures of the foam work go here. Also, where can you get just 2 or 3 balaclavas for cheap? (but still have good quality?)
