question on reforming shape

Sorry, if the title is vague, not sure what else to say, hah. BUT my main partial which I've actually been suiting in a bit (after like a three year long hiatus) is in my opinion still in pretty good shape considering I got her in 06. She does need to be cleaned, her white areas are getting a bit grungy, but nothing too serious. One thing I -would- like to fix if possible are her ears. They've got wing tips that I believe the builder made out of plastic mesh, that unfortunately due to storage container...um...storage...have gotten bent a bit. It's nothing serious, but it's a little issue that bugs me.

Here is a picture to show what I mean -- https://www.furaffinity.net/view/10525986/ (sorry bout the quality)

but it's mainly the right side curves downward ... and wondering if there is a way to fix this without replacing anything entirely. I don't mind taking risks with things I'm making, but I love this partial too much to accidentally destroy her cutting it apart. So, wondering maybe I can just bend it to the position I want and put a little weight on it to for a while (like overnight) to see if it bends a bit more back into place? Any other suggestions would be great!

Also, random question, but what material would you guys recommend for tear duct vision? Best for vision and ventilation? I've got a head I'm working on where I used buckram I colored with sharpie I think and the vision isn't that great, and looking for anyway to increase airflow. Maybe a thicker grid mesh?
