Cat foamwork critique needed ASAP + Necomimi ears?

I worked on a fursuit head today and I need the foamwork critiqued/checked before I tape it up tomorrow. <: I need this head ASAP! (Excuse the insanely bad webcam quality...)

Also- Necomimi ears. How can I possibly alter the bases so that I can make ears big enough to put onto my headset, or do I just make ears of my own and create a "pouch" on the bottom? Anybody have any experience?
